Spa Policies

COVID-19
Due to the ongoing pandemic and the safety of our other guests and service providers, we ask that all clients wear a face mask in the lobby, hallways, bathrooms, and other shared spaces.  We appreciate your thoughtfulness during this time.

Appointment Arrival
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time to fill out paperwork, speak with your provider, and prepare for your service.  Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shorter time for your service in order to accommodate our busy schedule.

Cancellations
As a courtesy for our other guests and for our service providers, we request a minimum of 24 hours of notice for cancellations.  Cancellations less than 24-hours prior to an appointment or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the missed service price.

Spa Environment
We strive to provide a tranquil and serene environment for our clients.  Please help us by using soft voices and silencing any mobile devices while inside the spa.  Additionally, children may not be left unattended in the spa.

We here at Spa Lucia shall not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion/beliefs, gender or gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin/ancestry, or disability.

We reserve the right to refuse services to guests not conforming to our policies or creating an unpleasant environment for our service providers and/or other guests.
